Receiving conveyor KHA-9710

Purpose

The receiving conveyor KDT KHA-9710 is designed for automatic unloading of workpieces from a CNC machining center. The conveyor is equipped with optical sensors for automatic feeding/stopping of the tape for further unloading in the receiving area. When the workpiece, moving along the conveyor belt, crosses the light beam, the receiver generates a signal that stops the conveyor, unloading is performed, after which the conveyor resumes movement to the next batch of parts.

Peculiarities

• Automatic detection of the presence of workpieces by a position sensor.
• The double suction system at the inlet and outlet ensures efficient removal of the remaining chips after machining.
• Conveyor belt made of polymer fabric has a low weight, high wear resistance, excellent strength and resistance to stretching, and serves as a worthy alternative to rubber fabric sheets.
• Three-phase asynchronous motor with high efficiency.
