Single straight edge banding machines

The machines have a gluing speed of up to 12-30 m/min, depending on the model. A high advantage of single-sided edge banding machines is the ability to work with both EVA glue (hot glue) and PUR glue (moisture resistant one-component polyurethane based glue).

The simplest models of machine tools are equipped with a standard set of nodes: pasting, trimming (trimming the edges along the edges), milling (milling the edge along the length), radius scraper (obtaining a smooth machined surface after the milling unit) and polishing .

Depending on the model of the machine, the standard package may also include two milling units (for rough and fine milling), a polishing unit on a servo drive with oscillation, a double polishing unit, a milling unit, rounds .

All KDT edgebanders with jointing unit are equipped with a heating lamp to heat the end of the workpiece for better gluing.

Package G (two glue baths - lower or upper):

• Two glue knots and two glue baths.
• Fast switching between dark and light colors of glue, which effectively improves work productivity.

Complete set K (upper replaceable glue pot):

• Automatic top gluing tank with pre-melting glue, 5 liter capacity.
• Warm-up time and readiness for work 15 minutes.

Complete set J front milling (joining):

• Pre-milling copes with the “step” from the scoring saw, chips.
• Equipped with diamond cutters 40 mm high (60 mm optional).

Complete set S (adhesive scraper):

• Removing adhesive residue from the surface.
• Removal of microroughnesses on seams in places of gluing of an edge to a detail.

Contour milling (rounds):

• Technology patented by KDT.
• High-precision corner processing with the possibility of obtaining 4 processing schemes.

Processing of inclined (beveled) panels:

• Processing of the straight and beveled section of the panel.
• Obtaining products with three different edge bonding options.

Complete set W30, W40, W45 (work with narrow workpieces from 30, 40, 45 mm):

• Great solution for cladding small panels such as base, drawer side panel, cabinet corner.
• Auxiliary device for feeding narrow workpieces.

Equipment H, L, T (grooving unit):

• Sawing grooves under the back wall of the cabinet or for the production of door panels (double grooving unit in KE-386JKM).

Cleaning separating and polishing liquids:

• Special separating liquid - serves to ensure that adhesive residues protruding outwards do not come into contact with the workpiece.
• Polishing liquid - removal of the anti-adhesive (separating liquid) applied at the beginning and free adhesive residues, giving shine to the finished edge of the part.

Package F (reverse direction):

• Feeding in the opposite direction (mirror configuration at the request of the client).
