Sliding table saws

The highest cutting accuracy of the KDT sliding table saws is achieved thanks to a powerful frame made on high-precision CNC equipment.

The saw unit deserves special attention, consisting of separate motors for the main (5.5 kW) and scoring (1.1 kW) saws. The machines are equipped with Lietz saws - main 300 mm (optionally 350 mm) and scoring 120 mm.

The shafts of the saw units are spaced apart, and thanks to this feature, the absence of vibrations and beats on the carriage is ensured.

The saw carriage of the sliding table saw is made of a multi-cellular aluminum profile with cylindrical guides with a working part width of 430 mm , which consists of a movable and a fixed part, a block of steel rollers between them.

The carriage is equipped with a special spring damper, which does not repel the carriage in the opposite direction with the help of a spring mechanism, thereby protecting the machine from impacts and reducing the likelihood of "diagonal" drift.

The control panel of the sliding table saw consists of:

• start-stop buttons for the main and scoring engines;
• buttons for raising and lowering the saw unit;
• emergency stop buttons.
