Cone spreader KHC-505

Purpose

KHC-505 automatic 90 degree swivel conveyor, commonly used for double-sided edge banding and drilling line.

The conveyor performs a 90 degree turn of the workpiece, which applies to all automatic lines.

There are two reversal options:

1. Turn from the long side to the short side (KHC-525);
2. Turn from the short side to the long side (KHC-505).

Main features

• High-strength frame structure with conveyor rollers ensures stable performance during long-term use.
• Independent control panel, independent PLC controller, simple in-line installation.
• At the inlet and outlet, the conveyor is equipped with positioning baffles, auxiliary guide wheels and sensors to control the positioning and transportation time of the workpieces.

The rollers allow you to position the workpiece relative to the guide bar and transport it to the edgebander.
