Automatic loader KHG-232

Purpose

The KHG-232 automatic loader is used for automatic loading of workpieces on feed-through edge banding machines and NC drilling centers.

At the beginning, the blank package is automatically placed in the loader. Next, the system with vacuum suction cups alternately removes one package of blanks and moves it to the second module with roller conveyors.

Simultaneously with the movement of the workpieces with vacuum suction cups, the first module raises the stack of workpieces to the required height, preparing the next package for loading. The rollers perform the function of aligning the workpieces along the stop ruler.
