Purpose

CNC Machining Center KHM-660B designed for milling door panels at the ends and face for further installation of door fittings: hinges, locks, keyholes and other fittings for doors in the through mode.

Spindles independent from each other and the CNC system allow you to select the grooves for the lock (cylinder, lock handle, pad) and hinges at the same time with high accuracy.

The machine allows you to quickly and accurately drill holes sequentially on all planes of the workpiece, in accordance with a given program in a fully automatic mode.

The machine is used in door, furniture and joinery industries engaged in serial production of doors and other prefabricated structures. Can be built into an automatic line.

Engineering advantages

The processing of the door leaf takes place from all sides with one installation in one pass. High-quality spindles with high speed cleanliness allow high-quality machining. This eliminates the need for additional processing after using the machine.
In total, the machine has 3 groups of milling spindles, two groups of which process horizontally and one vertically.

Each of the groups has the following configuration:
  • Spindle #1 - 6 kW (ER32).
  • Spindle #2 - 1.5 kW (ER20).
  • Spindle #3 - 0.75 kW (ER20).
control Panel
The control panel has a simple and understandable machine control program, allows you to quickly set and change processing parameters.
clamps
The positioning and fixation of the part runs along the entire length of the door leaf, thanks to powerful servo clamps. The part is aligned with side stops and the height of the workpiece is measured with a special sensor.
scanner
The machine has a barcode scanner at the input, which allows for quick reading and loading of data into the system. The information on the label is used to call up the processing program.

The powerful welded frame of the machine with minimal vibrations ensures precise work.
