Purpose

The CNC Four-side Panel Sawing Machine KHM-560P is designed for precise formatting of door leaves from four sides to the required dimensions in the through mode. Can be built into an automatic line. It is used at large door enterprises in the serial production of doors.

The powerful welded frame of the machine with minimal vibrations ensures precise work.

Four independent saw units with scoring saw work in sync for maximum productivity.

The productive saw unit has its own motors for the main (power 7.5 kW, blade size 300x50 mm) and scoring (power 1.5 kW, blade size 120x30 mm) saws . The scoring saw is servo controlled. Also the knot has an exit under aspiration of 140 mm.

6 vacuum suction cups securely fix the workpiece on the desktop. The machine is equipped with a 5.5 kW vacuum pump with a capacity of 160 m³/min.

A system of high-precision stops accurately and quickly position the workpiece on the work table.

A simple and understandable machine control program allows you to quickly set and change processing parameters.

The machine is equipped with 13 servo drives and frequency converters from INVT.
