Purpose

Automatic drilling machine KDT-6032NS with a cassette feed of workpieces, a device for unloading workpieces and the ability to drill three parts at the same time (50-150 mm) is used to drill the necessary mounting holes in the details of cabinet furniture in enterprises and workshops for the production of furniture with serial and mass product release.

The workpiece supply magazine ensures uninterrupted supply of workpieces to the additive and drilling zone.

The machine is equipped with a device for unloading and stacking processed workpieces, so that one person can operate the machine.

The possibility of simultaneous drilling of three workpieces with a workpiece width of 50 to 150 mm significantly increases the productivity of the machine. Without reconfiguration, the productivity of the machine is up to 8000 parts per shift.

With a part width of 50 to 630 mm, the machine processes one workpiece at a time.

The blanks are fed by a chain conveyor with rigidly fixed pushers, which eliminates the distortion of narrow blanks during feeding. The working part of the pusher has a small stroke for careful fixation of workpieces in the drilling zone.

Two central pneumatic cylinders for reliable clamping on the center of the workpiece.

Two side beams along the entire length of the drilling on each side securely and precisely fix the workpieces in the working area.

Digital counters on the drill groups allow quick and precise changeover from one size to another.

Drilling groups with pneumatic fixation of the drilling head allow quick replacement and adjustment to 0° and 90°. The machine is equipped with two horizontal (end) traverses for 22 spindles and three vertical traverses 11 + 11 with the possibility of rotation.
