Purpose

The universal edge banding machine KDT-305 is designed for veneering straight and curved edges of furniture boards and blanks with natural strip and synthetic roll material.

PUR installation

Universal glue pot with top melt glue - this glue pot is designed to use any type of glue ( EVA, PUR ).

Advantages of the glue pot:

This pot is easy to clean from glue without removing it from the machine. By means of the handles on the glue roller, the return of the glue to the glue pot is blocked and it is drained through the chute into a special container with a Teflon coating.
Replacing the glue in the glue pot takes no more than 1 hour.
A heating element installed inside the glue roller prevents temperature loss on the surface of the glue roller.
If necessary, the pot can be removed from the machine. The time spent on removing the pot is no more than 2 minutes .
