Purpose

CNC panel saw/beam saw KS-543HM with double pusher (the size of the package to be cut is 4280x4280 mm) is designed for cutting a package of board materials (chipboard, MDF, fiberboard, etc.), as lined and unlined. The machine is used in the conditions of large-scale and mass production for the manufacture of cabinet furniture, furniture panels, molded products. Rear loading simplifies the logistics of materials in production and facilitates the work of machine operators.

Engineering advantages

The machine can carry out simultaneous cutting of two blanks of different sizes .

Moves the two left grips parallel to the cutting line to prevent damage to the edges of parts and securely hold parts of different widths. The programmable pusher is equipped with two groups of double grippers that move left and right, 1 standard pusher gripper, five two-finger pneumatic grippers, which guarantees reliable fixation of the package of workpieces. The clamps reliably fix both a package of material up to 120 mm thick, and one sheet.

The machine bed was developed taking into account CAD programs, where the maximum allowable loads and requirements for the machine design were calculated and simulated. The welded frame is tempered to relieve all internal stresses in the material, then processing takes place on a five-axis metalworking machine, where all platforms and holes for mounting components and assemblies are milled.

An industrial computer based on Windows 10 ensures reliable operation of the CNC system.

The machine is equipped with an innovative saw carriage with Maglev technology with a linear motor. The saw carriage has high rigidity, high accuracy up to +-0.1 mm and high dust protection of the linear guide rail. Sawing is more accurate and stable, with low noise, low vibration and high speed. The maximum speed can reach 200 m/min.

Side stops precisely position narrow strips along the side ruler when cutting them into finished parts.

The special design of the grippers does not damage the material during its fixation and movement.

Flexible and durable cable channel provides stable and fast movement of the pusher with pneumatic grips.
