Robust Frame
Fully welded 5.5-meter frame, designed with advanced software solutions. All technological drilling and milling are performed in a single setup to ensure accuracy. The frame undergoes multi-stage automated manufacturing precision control.
Two Independent Grippers
Two independent workpiece grippers minimize the number of repositioning during machining. The grippers have an enlarged contact area with the workpiece front for fast and accurate positioning. X-axis movement speed: 140 m/min, reducing processing time.
Drilling Capabilities
Drilling from six sides, simultaneous drilling of two parts, and through-hole drilling using bits for blind holes are key advantages of machines with top and bottom drilling heads. Installing two top drilling heads further increases productivity by 25–30%.
Milling Capabilities
