Automatic loader KHG-230

Purpose

The automatic loader KHG-230 is used for automatic loading of workpieces on drilling machines of the through-type type. At the beginning, the blank package is automatically placed in the loader.

Further, the system with vacuum suction cups alternately removes one package of blanks and moves it to the second module with roller and belt conveyors. Simultaneously with the movement of the workpieces with vacuum suction cups, the first module raises the stack of workpieces to the required height, preparing the next package for unloading.

The rollers perform the function of aligning the workpieces along the stop ruler. After alignment, belt conveyors lift the workpieces over the rollers and transport them to the machine.
