Purpose

Automatic cutting line based on two CNC machining centers KN-3710DP with a flat table is designed for high-speed milling processing of sheet materials (plywood, furniture board, chipboard, MDF), various composite materials and plastics, as well as solid wood of soft and hard species. This solution allows you to completely solve the problems of rectilinear and curvilinear cutting and improve its quality using a minimum number of personnel.

The machine is equipped with a modern CNC system TPA (Italy). The CNC system has a wide range of application functions. The intuitive interface allows you to quickly prepare the staff of the enterprise for programming and working on the machine.

The line includes:

  • Two CNC machining centers KN-3710DP.
  • Loading KHA-1710TS combined with a labeling station. New algorithms of work and high speed of movement and printing allow the use of one station for two machines, which simplifies the loading of material and reduces the required space.
  • Three distribution tables KHC-320S distribute workpieces to one of the machining centers depending on the machine load or processing map.
  • Two KHA-9710 outfeed conveyor tables where parts go after processing. Unloading from the table can be done manually or by a robot.

vacuum table
Vacuum table with working area 3100*2150*230 mm for 6 vacuum zones with electronic control. It is possible to work in pendulum mode and with small parts.
machine bed
The bed has the form of a frame structure with stiffening ribs and ceilings made of all-metal sheet, this provides a reliable base for further fastening of all units and assemblies to it. High precision of execution guarantees precise movement of the console and spindle, which subsequently affects the accuracy of processing.
hsd electrospindle
The machine is equipped with a modern powerful electrospindle 13.2 kW from the Italian manufacturer HSD, "ES951 e-core". This is the first spindle with its own intelligence, which independently diagnoses its work and sends information to the machine control system in real time. This allows you to accurately control the operating modes of the spindle and comply with the required technology for processing the part, which ensures stable operation of the machine, high quality processing and extends the life of the tool.
magazine for 16 tools
The 16-position automatic tool changer will provide the machine with the necessary amount of used milling cutters and will allow you to perform complex operations using more tools. The magazine is equipped with a servo drive, which allows you to change the tool with high accuracy and speed.

Drilling group for 10 vertical spindles with a power of 1.7 kW, 6000 rpm and a bore diameter of 10 mm.
instrument airflow
An effective chip removal system into 2 separate aspiration outlets - for the milling unit and the drilling group, improves the quality of processing and prevents damage to parts. The efficiency of aspiration is complemented by an intelligent airflow system installed directly on the spindle. The system allows you to direct the air flow in the direction opposite to the current processing and keep the cutting area clean, which improves the quality of the cut.
automatic tool measurement and calibration
The sensor of automatic measurement and calibration of the tool makes an accurate measurement of the length of the tool, reduces the setup time of the machine, which greatly facilitates the work of the operator.
hinged screw pair
Z-axis ball screws - movement is carried out using a PMI ball screw (Taiwan), which guarantees the complete absence of backlash, and subsequently high movement accuracy.
The digital acceleration control together with the high rigidity of the structure allows high speed movements without vibrations.
gear rack and pinion
Gear rack and pinion KAI HE (Taiwan) with teeth ground from hardened steel provide high accuracy and smooth running due to minimal friction and no backlash. The pinion is integrated into a high precision planetary gearbox.
roller guides and carriages
HIWIN (Taiwan) rolling guides and bottom brackets provide smooth running due to minimal friction, while maintaining a tight grip and precision accuracy.
delta servomotors and sesam gearboxes
1.5KW high power INVT servo motors and SESAME Motor Taiwan precision planetary gearboxes provide synchronous movement, high precision and dynamics. Travel speed along the X/Y/Z axes – 80/80/30 m/min.
double-circuit lubrication system
A dual-circuit lubrication system lubricates all necessary components and assemblies - automatic lubrication system along the X / Y axis, manual lubrication system along the Z axis.
pneumatic stops
Pneumatic lifting jacks provide precise positioning and ease the operator's work.
workpiece pusher with table cleaning
The workpiece pusher / workbench cleaning reduces maintenance time and prevents chips from getting under the workpiece, which significantly affects the quality of processing, facilitating the work of the operator. At the same time, it collides workpieces and cleans the table from chips.
electric cabinet
All equipment of the KDT plant uses electrical components from trusted manufacturers. They are interchangeable, thereby increasing the efficiency of service maintenance and quality control. These are mainly Delta Electronics, INVT (Innovation Value Teamwork), some configurations use special-purpose components from Schneider Electric, Siemens, Lenovo (industrial computer).
vacuum pumps
2 Becker vacuum pumps of 5.5 kW each with a capacity of 250 m3/h each ensure a secure fixation of the workpiece.
workpiece gripping mechanism
The workpiece capture mechanism allows you to increase productivity by 20-30% due to the simultaneous loading and unloading of parts. It is used with additional loading and unloading tables.
loading table
The KHA-1710TS hydraulic loading table is equipped with a workpiece tracking system, accurate positioning, and a label printer. The system prints and applies labels while the CNC milling center processes the panel. As soon as the nested panel is processed, the marking of the next one is ready. It is loaded automatically at the same time as the finished panel is unloaded.
unloading line
The receiving conveyor KHA-9710 is equipped with optical sensors for automatic feeding/stopping of the tape for further unloading in the receiving area. When the workpiece, moving along the conveyor belt, crosses the light beam, the receiver generates a signal that stops the conveyor, unloading is performed, after which the conveyor resumes movement to the next batch of parts.
